ASIAKKUUDEN TAUOTTAMINEN

Jäsenyyden voi laittaa vuoden aikana kerran tauolle 1-2 kuukaudeksi. Ilmoita tauosta mielellään hyvissä ajoin. Emme voi tauottaa elokuussa heinäkuuta (paitsi tulevan vuoden).
Tauottaminen ja hyvitykset eivät lyhennä mahdollista sopimuksen määräaikaa eikä sopimus voi päättyä taukoon.
Laita meille meiliä kun haluat tauon. Kerro mille ajalle haluat tauon (esim. 1.6.-30.6.). Korttia ei voi tauottaa jälkikäteen.
Mikäli sinulla on etukäteen maksettu kausikortti niin lisäämme taukoa vastaavan ajan kortillesi.
Tauon syyllä ei ole väliä. Eli emme tarvitse lääkärintodistusta tms.😊
PAUSE FOR MEMBERSHIP
You can put your membership on hold once during the year for 1-2 months. Please notify us of the break well in advance.
Pauses and refunds do not shorten the possible term of the contract, and the contract cannot end with a pause. Email us when you want a break.
Tell us for which period you want the break (e.g. 1.6.-30.6.). The card cannot be suspended afterwards. If you have a pre-paid season ticket, we will add the period corresponding to the break to your card.
The reason for the break doesn’t matter. So we don’t need a medical certificate etc.😊
