PAUSE FOR MEMBERSHIP
Membership can be frozen once per year for 1–2 months. Please notify us about the freeze by the 15th day of the previous month.
Example: If you want to freeze your membership for August, you must request the freeze by email by July 15th.
Freezing or credits do not shorten a possible fixed-term contract, and the contract cannot end during a freeze period.
If you have a prepaid seasonal membership, we will add the corresponding freeze time to your membership period.
